SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DETAILS
Estimated Shipping Time
We deliver products to the address specified by the customer. For shipments within Germany and internationally, we typically use DPD, DHL, or UPS. Once payment is confirmed and the shipping preparation is complete, we will ship the product promptly. Shipping usually takes the following amount of time:

Shipping Delays
In the event of a delay in shipping, we will notify you with information about the delay. We will continue to track the shipment and provide you with updates. If the delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the cause of the delay is not due to the customer, you may cancel the order.

Customs Duties and Import VAT
For shipments outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may apply. These taxes are determined by the customs authorities when the goods arrive in the destination country. Therefore, the total amount displayed during checkout may not include these fees.

URAOMOTE GbR is not responsible for paying customs duties or import VAT, so please be aware of this.
Made-to-Order Products
For made-to-order products, production begins after the order is confirmed. The delivery time is typically within 3 months, but it may vary depending on the order status and production progress. Receiving the Shipment Based on the Delivery Method
Depending on the delivery method, you may be required to pick up the product at a designated location. If the product is not picked up within the time specified in the delivery notice, additional fees may apply. Additionally, if the product is not received within the specified period, it may be returned to us, and shipping costs will apply. Please note that if the delivery is delayed, the order may be canceled.
Handling of Damage During Shipment and Substitute Products

If the product is visibly damaged during transit, please report the issue to the carrier first. After that, please contact us promptly, and we will take appropriate action.
Out of Stock and Substitute Product Handling
If the product you wish to reorder is out of stock, we will inform you of the status via a confirmation email. This also applies to temporary stock shortages. Additionally, if substitute products are not available, please understand that the contract will not be concluded.
