RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return items with all tags and labels intact and attached to the items.

To request a return or exchange, you can contact contact@uraomote.org to receive a return label. Please pack the items in the same way you received them, attach the return label on the parcel, and send it back to us. 

Return Costs
If an item is being returned due to personal preference, you are responsible for the return costs. 

If items are returned with shipping payable on delivery, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

If you are returning an item due to a defect or for a reason that is due to us, we will pay for the return costs. 

Refunds
After we have received your returned items and have checked the condition, we will process the refund or exchange request. Please note that this process will take at least 14 days after we receive your returned items. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund request.

Please note that we cannot accept any return or exchange requests for the following:
- Return requests more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry cleaned
- Items missing any accessories, laundry tags, product tags, etc.
- Items returned in an unsellable condition
- Items that have been damaged or soiled, or have an odor
- Items whose packaging (bag, box, etc.) have been damaged
*Protective plastic bags and cardbord boxes are exempted

In the case of any defects, please contact us at the email address below to make a request for a return or exchange.

Please note:
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
- If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please attach the original invoice in a transparent envelope to the outside of the parcel and write "Return" on the parcel. This is necessary for the customs process. Otherwise, the package may not clear customs and/or there may be fees incurred that you must pay for.
- When you return an item, please use traceable shipping or purchase shipping insurance. Otherwise, safe delivery of the items cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Cancelling an Order
As a rule, items that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. 

We take the utmost care to ensure that our inventory is up to date. However, we may cancel your order if an item is out of stock due to unavoidable circumstances.
